This Agreement applies to all digital products, PDF guides, and self-study materials provided by New Life in Germany (e.g., "The New Life Almanac").
1. Nature of the Product
The purchased product consists of digital materials such as PDF guides, checklists, templates, and strategic roadmaps. These are "as-is" resources designed to assist in your relocation research.
2. No Professional Advice
New Life in Germany is not a law firm, certified tax advisor, or government agency. All information provided is general in nature and based on research and experience. It is not a substitute for professional legal counsel.
3. Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for verifying all information with official German authorities (e.g., Ausländerbehörde, Embassy) and licensed professionals before making financial or legal commitments.
4. No Guarantees
While we provide high-quality strategies, New Life in Germany makes no guarantees regarding visa approvals, residency status, housing success, or specific relocation outcomes. Success depends on individual circumstances and government decisions.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically (via download link or email) immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access to the intellectual property, all sales are final. Refunds are excluded once the download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
